Welcome to the Grove Parts Quotation System.

This system has been developed to assist you, our customers, locate the parts you need quickly and efficiently from the parts manual created for your crane. You will also be able to request pricing and delivery information from your Authorized Grove Service center.


How do I gain access to Customer Accessible Parts eXpress?

 

First time users must register. You will find that this requires only a few minutes to complete.

Once you successfully completed the registration information and agreed to the terms and conditions of this site, your password will be sent to your email address. 

Every time you desire to enter the CAPX site, you must enter your E-Mail address and password.

Once you have entered the Grove Customer Accessible Parts eXpress System, you will be asked for the serial number of your crane. You will then be able to access the parts manual created for this unit.

You will be able to view installations and parts lists, select individual parts and add any item you desire to a shopping cart. Then you will be able to request your Authorized Grove Crane Service Center to provide pricing and estimated delivery time of the items in your cart.

Once you are satisfied with the information supplied by your Grove Crane Service Center, simply notify them that you would like to order all or any portion of the items quoted via Fax, Phone or email and your Grove Crane Service Center will be happy to respond to your request.
